This portion entails the process and procedures to both the Opening and Homez Waitlist. As of now, the first of RV Homez is scheduled to open December, Christmas time of 2024 with a possibility of an earlier opening date. Keep reading to find out more regarding waitlisting instructions. 0.1 / Once applicants fiiinally decide to be Homez , the first step is to come right here, the Homez site - as it provides everything needed- and start the Waitlisting Process. There are three (3) ways to do this. 1.Applicants can go to the Home Page and click the ‘Book Now’ Button to go to the Booking Page and reserve a session with a client whom will walk the applicants through the entire Homez Arrival Process. 2.Applicants can fill the Waitlist Application Form on the Home Page. If it is after opening and there are open lots, the agent will initiate the Rental Application Process. However, if the applicant wish to only be on a waitlist, then the agent will proceed with the Waitlist Application Process. 3.Now, if all fails and you simply cannot figure it out, reach us through the Contact Tab by email; or by clicking our Live Chat option, or, contact us by phone at, 555-555-5555. 0.2 / Once contact is initiated, if by email or through the Contact Form, applicants will receive a response within 48 hours; If by submitting a form, applicants will receive a response within 24 hours. If by phone and contact is not made, leave a voicemail and an agent will return your call; If by live chat, applicant may receive response immediately, however, if not, an agent will review the missing chat and will reach out for resolution and further assistance; If through social media, applicants may receive response immediately, however, if not, an agent will review the missing chat and will reach out for resolution and further assistance; The process begins, immediately. 0.3 / Now, before proceeding, with the Waitlist, applicants should know that there are two types. •The Preliminary Waitlist. With this option, applicants are put on the Homez Waitlist, however, that are secondary; meaning, applicants are not contacted first and on top of this, applicants will not receive regular updates nor Open Contact. And, two, •The Waitlist. The applicants of this category are primary and receive all updates with Open Contact and a Live Agent ready for assistance. As well, with this option, applicants must pay a ten dollar ($10) monthly subscription, until cancellation. 0.4 / Following? … Good. Alright, next topic. Here is what applicants should expect; after filling and submitting the Waitlist Form on the Home Page or scheduling a session, applicants will receive a response within your contact method’s designated timeframe. Then, an agent will review the form with the applicant and ask them a list of questions. Once these questions are answered, applicants must provide these documents: Proof of employment oMust provide four (4) paystubs oOffer Letter Once that is done, you’re registered! Now, with the Preliminary Waitlist, applicants are registered as they come; however, when it comes down to selection, they are not. When selecting applicants, Homez employs the raffling method. With the Waitlist, applicants are registered and selected in the order they apply. To be clear, Homez does not commence Preliminary contacts until all Waitlist members are reached out to.
